Festive Season FAQs


Please note that our online orders are officially closed as of the 20th December 2021 We will be back in the office on the 3rd of January 2022, at which time we’ll start processing all orders placed after the 20th of December.


Looking for a very last minute gift? You can still purchase vouchers via our online store that will be delivered via email to you or the lucky recipient immediately.


If you would like to return your gift please kindly contact info@dearraeworld.com so we can process your return or provide an exchange.


If you are looking to exchange a ring for a different size, please order one of our free ring size kits online to help you figure out your exact size. Or, you can pop into your local jewellery to have them measure your ring size, please make sure this is done in British sizing.


All Dear Rae orders have been sent with tracking details and updated on our system. You will receive a notification via email. Should you have any queries or tracking, please contact the courier directly. Do keep in mind that it’s the busiest season of the year and couriers may take a little longer than usual to deliver. Monitor your tracking for the most up to date information.
