Different year, same sentiment: “How is it almost Christmas already!?” To make sure you end this year adorned in all the Dear Rae jewels on your wishlist, please take note of the following important dates over the Festive Season:


Please note that online orders are officially closed as of 20 December 2021. We will be open for business again on 3 January 2022, at which time we’ll start processing all orders placed after 20 December 2021.


Looking for a last-minute Christmas gift? You can purchase Dear Rae vouchers via our online store up until 24 December 2021. They will immediately be delivered via email - either to you or the lucky loved one receiving your gift.


If you would like to return your gift, kindly contact info@dearraeworld.com so we can process your return or provide an exchange.


If you’re looking to exchange a ring for a different size, please order one of our free ring size kits online to help you figure out your exact measurements. Alternatively, you can pop into your local jewellery store to have them measure your ring size. Please make sure that this is done in British sizing.


All Dear Rae orders have been sent with tracking details and have been updated on our system - you will receive a notification via email. Should you have any queries, please contact the courier directly. Do keep in mind that it’s the busiest season of the year and that couriers may take a little longer than usual to deliver. Monitor your tracking for the most up to date information.
