Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us within two weeks of receiving it so we can arrange an exchange, a gift voucher, or a full refund. Please note that the purchase price is the amount you paid for the product and does not include any delivery costs.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and your refund will be made within 30 days of the return being received and checked at our warehouse. Products being returned must be unworn and undamaged.
Unfortunately we do not provide returns or refunds on the following:
- All items that are made to order to a custom size i.e. the size was not selected from a dropdown menu provided
- Custom designs
- Gift Vouchers
- Sale Items
If goods are received faulty or damaged, we will happily provide a refund or exchange and cover shipping costs, as long as the items are returned in the condition they were received and within 14 days - in their original packaging.
